Is it real steam cleaning, or spray and vacuum?
Hot-water steam extraction. We inject heated solution and pull it straight back out with the dirt, not a surface spray.
How long until I can use the room?
Carpets are usually walkable in a couple of hours and fully dry the same day, depending on airflow.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Non-toxic products throughout. Safe to be back in the room once it is dry.
