How much does it cost?
Every price is on our website before you book. No quoting games. Starting prices:
- Carpets — from $135 per room
- Couches — from $135 for a 1–2 seater
- Mattresses — from $140 (single/cot)
- Dining chairs — from $40 (2 seats)
Do you charge by the room or by the hour?
Per room, per couch, per mattress. Never by the hour. If your stain takes us four passes instead of one, you don't pay extra. We just keep going.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The number on the website is the number you pay. No fuel levy, no "heavy soiling" surcharge, no parking surprise.
If we think a job genuinely needs more than what you've booked, we call you before we start. You decide.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer, or tap-to-pay on the day. We don't take cash.
Do I need an in-person quote?
Nope. Tell us what you've got, send a photo if it's unusual, and we'll quote it on the spot. Start your booking →
How long does it take?
Rough guide:
- Single room of carpet — 30–45 minutes
- 3-seater couch — 45–60 minutes
- Queen mattress — 30 minutes
- Whole 3-bedroom apartment — 2–3 hours
Heavy soiling or stubborn stains can add time. We don't rush jobs to fit the next one.
How long until it's dry?
Carpets: 2–6 hours walkable, 24 hours fully dry.
Couches: 3–8 hours depending on fabric.
Mattresses: 2–4 hours — we time it so you can sleep on it that night.
We bring fans on hot/humid jobs. Open a window or two and you'll be sweet.
What products do you use? Safe for kids and pets?
100% non-toxic. Safe for kids, pets and bare feet. Everything is biodegradable and rinses out clean — no sticky residue, no chemical smell hanging around.
Got specific allergies or want fragrance-free? Tell us at booking and we'll match it.
Will you get every stain out?
We get most stains out. The honest answer: some stains are permanent — old red wine, bleach marks, dye transfer from rugs. We'll tell you upfront what we think will lift and what won't.
If we can't get a stain out, you don't pay extra for trying.
Do you do pet stains and smells?
Yes — one of our most common jobs. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks down the proteins causing the smell, not just masks them. Cat spray, dog accidents, vomit. We don't ask. We just sort it out.
Can you remove mould?
Surface mould on mattresses and couches — yes, we treat and kill it. Deep mould inside a carpet underlay or from a flood is a different job and usually needs replacing, not cleaning. Send a photo and we'll tell you honestly which one you've got.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We move light stuff (chairs, coffee tables, side tables) as part of the job. Heavy stuff (beds, wardrobes, dining tables) we'll clean around. Want everything moved? Tell us at booking and we'll add a hand.

What areas of Sydney do you service?
Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and South Sydney.
Outside that? Ask us — we sometimes travel for bigger jobs.
What hours do you operate?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Closed weekends — but if it's urgent, text us on 0449 691 262 and we'll see what we can do.
Can I get same-day service?
Sometimes — depends on the day. Best move: check the live availability. If today's open, you'll see it.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. Plenty of customers leave a key, a code, or a concierge arrangement. We'll send before-and-after photos so you know exactly what got done.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Give us as much notice as you can — text us on 0449 691 262 or email info@wesuck.com.au and we'll move things around. We'd rather reschedule than charge you.
How often should I get a deep clean?
General rule:
- Carpets — every 12 months (every 6 if you've got kids, pets or you're an entertainer)
- Couches — every 12–18 months
- Mattresses — every 6–12 months (you spend a third of your life on it)
What if I'm not happy with the result?
If you're not stoked with the result, tell us before we leave and we'll re-do the spot on the day. Spot something after we've gone? Flick us a message within a few days and we'll come back to make it right. We want it done right — not done twice.
